Ordering Process

1) Complete and submit the design order form for each product that you want.

2) The Nautical Stationery Creative Director will e-mail you a Preliminary Proof-Quote-Approval Form within 24-48 hours.

3) Submit your deposit and approval form to Nautical Stationery. Priority will be placed on orders with Credit Card information provided.

4) Nautical Stationery will make requested changes to the design and send you the Final Proof-Invoice-Approval Form.

5) Submit final payment and Nautical Stationery will schedule printing.

6) Delivery should be 3-4 weeks after we receive your final payment.

NS Payment Policy
for Greeting, Note & Post Cards

Nautical Stationery requires a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to send a custom preliminary design. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your order.

A 50% deposit is required after you receive the 1st proof and before further changes are made. Payment in full is required prior to printing.

Additional costs include shipping & handling and 8.25% state sales tax for New York State Residents.
