Ordering Process

1) Complete and submit the design order form for each product that you want.

2) The Nautical Stationery Creative Director will e-mail you a Preliminary Proof-Quote-Approval Form within 24 hours.

3) Submit your deposit and approval form to Nautical Stationery.

4) Nautical Stationery will make requested changes to the design and send you the Final Proof-Invoice-Approval Form.

5) Submit final payment and Nautical Stationery will schedule printing.

6) Delivery should be 3-4 weeks after we receive your final payment.

Payment is required after you receive the 1st Proof-Invoice-Approval Form (via e-mail) and before further changes are made.

Nautical Stationery requires a nonrefundable $50 deposit to mail a preliminary personalized memo pad design. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your order.
